Member of Beastie Boys Dies at Age 47

Adam Yauch, known as MCA, died of cancer today at age 47. He was a member of the legendary white rap group the Beastie Boys. The Beastie Boys are well known for the classic hip hop album Licensed to Ill which came out in 1986. Adam Yauch had been fighting cancer.

Nicki Minaj Grammy Award Performance 2012

Nicki Minaj shocked the world with her performance at the 2012 Grammy Awards. First of all, she stepped on the red carpet in a satanic worshipper looking red gown escorted by someone dressed as the pope. She then then gave a performance of her song Roman Holiday and the performance was based on the horror movie the Exorcist.

It looks as if Nicki Minaj has tossed away her Barbie image to become the Lady Gaga of hip hip.
